They modify Law 30355, Law for the Promotion and Development of Family Agriculture
13/12/2021 | The purpose of this Law No. 31371 is to include literal h) in article 6 of Law 30355, Law for the Promotion and Development of Family Farming, with the purpose of providing agricultural insurance, for the protection of family farming and the unity family farming, with the following text:

h) Priorizar el acceso a seguro agrario que permita la protección de las actividades de la agricultura familiar y el cumplimiento de los fines que persigue la Ley”.
